Forensic Psychiatric Expert Reports

• Criminal responsibility (§§ 20/21 StGB): assessing capacity for insight and control at the time of the offence in the context of mental disorder, intoxication or acute crisis.
• Secure hospital orders (§§ 63, 64 StGB): indication, progress assessments, leave and discharge prognosis.
• Criminal and social risk assessment: structured prognosis using recognised instruments (HCR-20, FOTRES approach), reasoned in a method-critical way.
• Supplementary psychosomatic questions: diagnostic classification of complex symptom presentations in the forensic context.

Every assessment is based on the current German forensic-psychiatric minimum standards and AWMF guidelines. Clinical expertise stems from more than twelve years in psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine and forensic psychiatry, complemented by an MSc in Communication, Behaviour & Credibility Analysis (Manchester Metropolitan University) and certifications as SCAnS™ Master Trainer and Microexpressions Profiler.
