1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all treatment, expert-report and consultation services provided by the private practice Doctor-medic Otilia Gudana in Munich, in person or via video consultation.
2. Contract formation
A treatment contract is concluded when the practice confirms an appointment. The practice reserves the right to decline a booking without stating reasons.
3. Private billing (GOÄ)
The practice is private. All services are billed to patients directly under the German Physicians' Fee Schedule (GOÄ). Private insurers and civil-service reimbursement schemes usually cover a substantial part; please clarify coverage with your insurer in advance. Patients on the statutory health-insurance system are treated as self-payers, since we do not bill statutory funds directly.
4. Cancellation
Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or later cancellations may be invoiced with a reasonable no-show fee in accordance with settled German case law.
5. Video consultation
Video consultations run over a GDPR-compliant, certified provider. You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable private setting on your side.
6. Expert reports
Expert-report instructions are subject to a separate written offer including scope, timeline and fee estimate. Payment terms and cancellation conditions are agreed individually.
7. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where mandatory law provides otherwise (e.g. injury to life, body or health).
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally admissible, is Munich.
9. Severability
Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
