Reports follow the German minimum standards for criminal responsibility and risk assessments and the relevant clinical guidelines. File review, clinical interview and, where needed, psychometric testing are presented separately and transparently.

Risk assessments use recognised structured tools such as the HCR-20 and are reasoned case by case.

Where does the assessment interview take place?

At the practice in Munich (Nußbaumstraße 14) or, where necessary and permitted, on site – for example in a prison or hospital.

How are court instructions invoiced?

Instructions from courts and prosecutors are invoiced under the German Judicial Remuneration and Compensation Act (JVEG).
