- Private practice without statutory health insurance contracts; billing follows the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ).
- Reimbursable through German private health insurance (PKV) and Beihilfe subject to your individual policy.
- Transparent fee agreement for self-payers before treatment begins.
- Payment by bank transfer after invoicing; a written cost estimate is available on request.
- Stimulants and atomoxetine are prescribed on a private prescription; reimbursement depends on your PKV / Beihilfe policy.
All prices are indicative for self-payers. Final invoicing follows the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ) based on scope and individual case.

- Does the first appointment have to be in person?
- Yes. Initial titration and physical examination take place in the practice.
- Which medications are used?
- Guideline-based: methylphenidate, lisdexamfetamine, dexamfetamine or atomoxetine/guanfacine, depending on profile, comorbidity and prior experience.
- Is medication mandatory?
- No. Psychotherapy-only support is equally possible — we decide together.
- How often are follow-ups?
- Every 2–4 weeks during titration, then usually quarterly.
