Who this ADHD assessment is for
We support patients across Munich and the wider Bavarian area who want a specialist workup. Common reasons include long-standing concentration problems, impulsivity, inner restlessness, chronic procrastination, or a recurring pattern of overload and underperformance in work or study. Second opinions on previously suspected diagnoses are equally welcome — including for expats, international students and business travellers based in Munich.
For a detailed description of the diagnostic process for adults see the Adult ADHD diagnosis in Munich page, or the methodological overview under Adult ADHD diagnosis guide.
Two ways to be assessed: in person or by video
In-person appointment in Munich
Face-to-face exploration in the Munich practice. The exact address is confirmed with your appointment. Easily reachable from the whole city and surrounding area by public transport or car.
Recommended when: extensive third-party history on site, preference for a face-to-face setting, complex differential diagnoses.
Online appointment for Munich & region
GDPR-compliant video consultation — ideal for working professionals, parents, students, expats or patients from the surrounding area (Starnberg, Dachau, Fürstenfeldbruck, Ebersberg, Erding, Freising). Access link sent by e-mail before the session.
Recommended when: limited mobility, long commute, tight schedule.
Duration & fees
Adult ADHD symptoms often overlap with anxiety, depression, trauma or burnout, so a careful, guideline-compliant assessment takes real time.
The full ADHD assessment takes about 3.5 to 4 hours. It can be spread over 3 to 4 sessions or — if scheduling is tight — done in a single day.
The private (GOÄ) fee for the complete ADHD assessment is around 840 to 920 EUR and covers all diagnostic steps: initial consultation, structured history, psychometric testing, differential diagnosis and feedback session.
Patients on the German statutory system are treated as self-payers, as we do not bill statutory insurers directly. Private insurance and civil-service reimbursement schemes receive a detailed GOÄ cost breakdown on request.
